Returns Policy
Our hats are made to order, just for you -- which means we can't accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind.
What we do cover: If your hat arrives damaged, misprinted, or is the wrong item entirely, we'll make it right. Please email us at [email protected] within 30 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
We'll arrange a free replacement or refund, no hassle.
Lost Packages: If your order hasn't arrived, please reach out within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we'll investigate with the carrier.
Wrong address / unclaimed packages: Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or unclaimed delivery, we'll contact you to arrange a reship (additional shipping fees may apply)
What we don't cover: We're unable to offer refunds or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size orders, or color preference changes, as each item is produced on demand.

Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
